Note:  These steps may vary slightly depending on which version of Microsoft Access you are using.

  1. Open an Access database
  2. Select “External Data”
  3. Select “from ODBC Database”
  4. Select “Link to the data source by creating a linked table”
  5. Select the “Machine Data Source” tab
  6. Select dwprod
  7. The Oracle ODBC Driver Connect panel will open.
  8. The following setting should exist:
    • Service Name=dwprod.world
    • Username=HawkID
    • Password=HawkID password
  9. Select “ok”
  10. It may take a long time to bring up the list of tables.
  11. Select the tables you wish to connect to.
