Please follow the steps below to request a new or replacement non-charged departmental print queue.
- Make sure you have a LSA static IP requested from hostmaster and the port has been moved to LSA.
- Please fill out the Qualtrics form: Departmental Print Queue Request
- Once the queue has been created, you will receive an email from ITS-ECM-HELP@uiowa.edu that has the queue information you will need.
- You can distribute the queue by copying and pasting the link in the email or by GPO.
- If the queue is for a replacement printer and the queue name and print server stayed the same, the driver used by the print queue will auto-update on the client workstation(s).
- If this is a replacement, please reply back to ITS-ECM-HELP@uiowa.edu to have them delete the old queue if needed.
