Please follow the steps below to request a new or replacement non-charged departmental print queue.

  1. Make sure you have a LSA static IP requested from hostmaster and the port has been moved to LSA.
  2. Please fill out the Qualtrics form: Departmental Print Queue Request
  3. Once the queue has been created, you will receive an email from that has the queue information you will need.
  4. You can distribute the queue by copying and pasting the link in the email or by GPO.
    1. If the queue is for a replacement printer and the queue name and print server stayed the same, the driver used by the print queue will auto-update on the client workstation(s).
  5. If this is a replacement, please reply back to to have them delete the old queue if needed.
