The following Printing Services and Solutions are available with a description of what each is/does:

   • Provides a print queue to a printing device to allow a department to centrally manage Windows machine drivers and get reports based on the print queue usage.
   • Allows for setting defaults on Windows devices to print jobs sent to the printer.  These include print in BW by default, duplex, or specific tray/paper type.
   • Allows for a print release station to keep documents secure or help cut down on printing
