When trying to send email using FileMaker Pro / Pro Advanced, you may receive a "Server Busy" error, as shown below:

This error is caused by a mismatch in the bit-level of your Microsoft Outlook client and FileMaker, e.g. 32-bit FileMaker with 64-bit Outlook and vice-versa.

To fix the issue, contact your local IT support personnel and have them install a version of FileMaker that matches your Outlook client.

To determine which version of FileMaker you are currently running use the steps below:

On Windows

Select the following:

Help Menu > About FileMaker > Click Info Button

On Mac OS X

Select the following:

FileMaker Menu > About FileMaker > Click Info Button
