If you receive a message similar to the images below after the FileMaker Server upgrade, you may not have the most recent Opener file for your database.

 

The file could not be opened error
                
FileMaker could not be opened - closed by host error

 

Contact the FileMaker Hosting administration team at fmpadmin@uiowa.edu to get a new Opener file for your database.
