Instructions after you purchase an Adobe CLP license via the ITS Campus Software Office.
Your order has been placed. Adobe portal information will be sent to the email provided. It can take 1-2 weeks to get the licenses into the portal.

Download instructions:
Sign in to the Adobe portal
Click Licenses (pull down menu), Click Download Software
Select your product and download
Proof of licensure, verify that your order is correct, serial number:
Sign in to the Adobe portal
Click Reports (pull down menu), Click View Purchase History
Check the dates to match your order
Leave the remaining settings as defaulted, Click Search
Serial numbers will appear to the far right
Document/print as necessary
Lost password or never received password from Adobe:
This can only be accessed from the Adobe site by the person who was set up for this site at the time of purchase.
o to the login site (above), enter their email address
Click Forgot your password
They will get the necessary information via email
