To download a VPN connection statistics file:

1. Connect to the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

2. Click the gear icon.

3. Click the Statistics Tab, then the Export Stats... button.
4. This will download a file named Cisco_AnyConnect_VPN_Statistics.txt that you can save and use for troubleshooting your VPN connection further.
