As of 2019, HawkID and HealthcareID password updates automatically synchronize across both systems. You no longer need to update both passwords separately.

How to update your passwords:

1. Visit either HawkID Tools or HealthcareID Tools.
2. Update your password with a completely new password—one that has not been used previously for either your HawkID or HealthcareID (see more info about password requirements).
3. Once updated, the tool you've used will automatically update your other account's password to match.
4. Your new password will stay valid for a full year. You can update or reset it whenever you choose.
