SharePoint Online is a HawkID-based service.  HawkID's and passwords can be managed via the HawkID Tools at: https://hawkid.uiowa.edu

If you are using a Guest HawkID to access a SharePoint site, you will need to speak to the University of Iowa contact who originally provided you the ID and password.

If you have changed your HawkID password and verified the password works and are still having trouble logging in to a Sharepoint site, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
