Zoom

The University of Iowa offers Zoom as the Instructional Web Conferencing solution on campus. This is the recommended way to do any web conferencing meetings with audio and video.

Skype

The University Classrooms have the consumer Skype installed and available to use if needed. ITS does not provide sign on service with the consumer Skype service so you will need a personal Skype account to use the software. It is recommended to only launch the application when you plan to use it.

Learning Space Technology does not provide a web cam for use for web conferencing. It is recommended to contact your local support or bring in a personal machine or webcam to connect to the room A/V system.
