The campus email stations are small computers called thin clients. These devices sometimes experience issues and need to be restarted. 

To restart the thin client press and hold the button on top. When it shuts off, press the on button again to turn it on. The device will start up and connect to the web server. The email login screen should appear.

If it does not appear, contact the ITS Help Desk (384-4357) and let them know the device is not working.
