The campus email stations are small computers called thin clients. These devices sometimes experience issues and need to be restarted. 

To restart it press and hold the button on top of the thin client. When it shuts off, press the on button again to turn it on. The device will start up and connect to the print server. The email login screen should appear

If it does not appear, contact the ITS Help Desk (384-4357) and let them know the device is not working.
