Print release stations are small computers called thin clients. Sometimes errors can cause the machines need to be restarted. 

If the print release station comes up with a green background and a box in the middle stating that it is trying to connect this is due to a connection error. 

Restarting the thin client might help with restore the connection between the station and print server.

If the print station cannot regain the connection contact ITS Support at 384-4357 to notify support for assistance.
