Universal Workflow enables electronic routing and approval of forms, documents and other data. It’s a platform that is the backbone of many transactions throughout the UI campus. It significantly reduces the amount of paper forms that need to be physically signed. Forms and Routes can be built without any coding skills through our FormBuilder and RouteBuilder. Routes can be built using people, roles, position numbers, departments, orgs in any order to fully represent complex business rules.
