The Strategy and Innovation (SI) department helps Information Technology Services anticipate what's next and turn emerging opportunities into measurable outcomes. By connecting strategy with execution, the team helps ensure that innovation translates into meaningful results for the campus community.
SI helps ITS advance the CIO's strategic priorities by providing unified project governance, leading the responsible adoption of AI, driving continuous improvement, and building the organizational capacity needed to successfully navigate change and deliver strategic outcomes.
Employees in SI provide leadership in:
