Starting September 9, voice and text authentication options will be retired for approximately 25,000 users who have enabled the Duo Mobile app but have used voice or text authentication within the past 180 days. These users have received direct communication regarding this change and will need to complete their transition to the Duo Mobile app.

Plans and communications are underway for the next phase of this project. By November 4, an additional 29,000 users will be required to use the Duo Mobile app for authentication.
