ITS Engineers continue to work to resolve this issue and expect to have all classroom computers patched to prevent this issue over Thanksgiving break.

ITS Engineers are in the process of deploying a patch to resolve this issue over the weekend and expect to have all UCR devices updated by Oct 26.

Some University Classrooms are presenting users with a blank black screen or black screen with a single cursor during use or when arriving at a classroom. 

ITS Learning Spaces staff are working on these issues with equipment vendors. Users experiencing these issues are advised to switch inputs off “PC” to another input and then back to “PC” to resolve this issue and if necessary to restart the classroom computer to resolve these issues. For continued issues and any other classroom technology concerns, please contact the ITS Help Desk for further troubleshooting assistance.
