ITS is working with Microsoft to investigate an issue where users may be unable to access or use Office 365 email services or features. Users may be experience delays when receiving email messages from senders outside of the University of Iowa email system.  Users who scan to email are also experiencing issues. We will update this notice as soon as more information is available.
