There is an ongoing partial site outage for UICapture (uicapture.hosted.panopto.com).  This outage can affect your ability to access UICapture and to edit or manage videos.  It can also affect UICapture videos shared to other resources like ICON.

Panopto Cloud engineers are investigating the issue and we will update as we learn more.
