ITS will be applying the quarterly oracle security patch to the server Bagel along with the majority of the production oracle servers.  The security patch install requires that all instances on the server be brought down, the install will take approximately 10 minutes. 

The oracle test servers will be getting patched this Sunday, July 31^st starting at 8am, this will not impact prod instances just test.
