There is an issue with the version of Respondus LockDown Browser that is available in the computer labs on campus. Users have reported the following error:
"You are not currently logged in, possibly due to a long period of inactivity." and are shown a link to login again. The login link does not go to the HawkID login page and users should not click it. Students' quiz answers will not be lost if they get this message. Refreshing the page will remove the error.
ITS support staff has been working with Respondus, who confirms that updating to the latest release of their software will resolve this issue. ITS is working to get LockDown Browser updated in computer labs on campus as soon as possible.
