Users affected by this issue have either had their SIP address renamed, or they have been migrated to Teams Phone. This issue is now resolved.

We are actively deploying a fix for the Skype for Business authentication issue. The resolution process is underway, and the issue is expected to be fully resolved by Friday, November 21. Users should begin seeing improvements as changes are applied.

Skype for Business users are getting a continuous prompt to log in.  ITS/HCIS has opened a ticket with Microsoft to look into this issue.
