ITS will replace TNSConnect with a new product branded ITConnect. This system is used by ITS for all requests related to adding, moving, or disconnecting phone and data services on campus.
In preparation to the release of ITConnect, there will be a blackout period when ITS will be unable to process any new requests for service changes. All requests submitted during this time will be held until the new software goes live on Monday, April 3rd. We will then notify you when your request has been scheduled.
