What is ITConnect?

ITConnect is the software application that is the foundation of the ITS service information that tracks services, equipment, infrastructure (cabling), billing, service orders, and trouble tickets. Virtually all Data Network, Telephony, CATV, and communications infrastructure operations revolve around this system that facilitates the management of ITS services and service billing.

ITConnect replaced the previous system named TNSConnect. Links to access TNSConnect historical billing reports are provided in the Support section.

Description

ITS will replace TNSConnect with a new product branded ITConnect. This system is used by ITS for all requests related to adding, moving, or disconnecting phone and data services on campus.

In preparation to the release of ITConnect, there will be a blackout period when ITS will be unable to process any new requests for service changes. All requests submitted during this time will be held until the new software goes live on Monday, April 3rd. We will then notify you when your request has been scheduled.
