The disk repairs from last week completed over the weekend. However, there are additional disks that need to be repaired on both systems. These repairs are necessary to maintain health of the storage pool. We are working on getting these repairs started and we will provide an update on time estimates later today. Users may continue to experience slowness or issues accessing their shares.

ITS Research Services has identified faulty disks being repaired as the underlying issues with itf-rs-store18 and itf-rs-store24. Until the disks complete their repairs users may continue to experience slowness or issues accessing their shares.
