Qualtrics survey owners that replace their own email address with a departmental email address as the “Reply-To” address in the Distributions tab of a survey may receive the following error:
"The reply-to email address must be either your account's email address or an address with an authorized domain for your organization."
Qualtrics support is working to resolve the problem.
