Update

Issues with itf-rs-store31.hpc.uiowa.edu have been resolved. Users may need to reboot their computer to be able to access their shares.

 

ITS Research Services has resolved the authentication issues on:

itf-rs-store18.hpc.uiowa.edu
itf-rs-store19.hpc.uiowa.edu
itf-rs-store24.hpc.uiowa.edu

The team is still working on resolving the authentication issues on  itf-rs-store31.hpc.uiowa.edu.

ITS Research Services continue to troubleshoot the authentication issues impacting the identified LSS systems. The team has been able to isolate the problem to Samba authentication (access through Mac and Windows). NFS authentication and connections to Argon are still working and the servers themselves are functioning as intended.

ITS Research Services is aware of users having connection issues on the following LSS systems and currently working to resolve these issues:
