Landis has confirmed that this issue should now be resolved.

The ITS Help Desk phone service is experiencing intermittent audio issues.

Some calls may connect with no audio prompt. Calls are still routing correctly, but the audio prompt (such as the instruction to “press 1”) may not play.

If you experience silence, try pressing 1 or disconnect and try again. You may also contact the ITS Help Desk by emailing its-helpdesk@uiowa.edu or using live chat at its.uiowa.edu/connect.

ITS support staff and the vendor are aware of the issue and are working with Microsoft toward a resolution.
