This issue has been resolved.
Microsoft has confirmed the issue and notes that users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services. Impacted services include, but are not limited to:
- Microsoft 365 admin center
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
Some users are reporting issues accessing Microsoft 365 products on the web and documents stored in Microsoft services. ITS support staff are aware of the situation and are working to determine the scope of impact.
