Some users receive an error when trying to load MyUI (https://myui.uiowa.edu) and MAUI (https://www.maui.uiowa.edu).

Users who see this error message are recommended to try a different browser or you can also troubleshoot by clearing cache and cookies using these instructions: https://its.uiowa.edu/services/general/how-clear-cache-and-cookies-your-web-browser.

Students can also use the University of Iowa mobile app for MyUI access.
