This issue has been resolved.
Some users may encounter difficulties logging into Adobe Acrobat or may experience freezing when opening PDF files. Adobe has identified the issue and is currently working on a fix. The service status can be tracked here: https://status.adobe.com/products/512699/202603090029
If signed out of Adobe, signing in with the HawkID@uiowa.edu and password will fix login the issue.
