This maintenance involves a core platform update and an update to the software running on the server. We have an outline of the changes on this page:

During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos in UICapture, and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message. You will still be able to record offline and upload once the service is available again.
