This maintenance involves a core platform update to enable new functionality in addition to some configuration changes to better align with campus needs. We have an outline of the new features and changes on this page: https://teach.uiowa.edu/UICapture/updates

During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos hosted in UICapture, and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message. You will still be able to record offline and upload once the service is available again.
