Microsoft Teams is currently randomly not refreshing the files tab when viewing a team and may show files from a different team that the user belongs to instead. There is no security risk involved. ITS staff are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

A current work around is to quit Teams or to restart the computer. To quit Teams on Windows computers, right click on the Teams app in the taskbar and choose Quit. To quit Teams on macOS computers, right click the Teams app in the dock, then hold down the Option key and click Force Quit.
