Microsoft is investigating a potential issue impacting Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Some users may be unable to access Copilot Chat or start a new chat session. Existing open sessions may continue to work for some users, but new sessions may return an error.

This issue appears to impact both Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Microsoft has posted advisory CW1387674 and is investigating.

No action is needed at this time. Users who already have an active Copilot Chat session open may be able to continue using that session. Users who are unable to start a new session should try again later.
