ITS Research Services will be preforming maintenance on lc-rs-store34.hpc.uiowa.edu at 5pm on Monday June 22nd for approximately an hour. No other LSS systems will be impacted by this maintenance.  

During the maintenance, access to affected shares from within Argon will pause, blocking the file I/O of any running jobs attempting access until resuming when the maintenance is complete. Jobs themselves will see this as a delay in file I/O but should otherwise continue running normally. SMB connections will disconnect, and will need to be reconnected following the maintenance window. We recommend saving and closing all files stored on LSS before the maintenance occurs to prevent data loss or corruption.
