This issue is resolved.

Unfortunately, authentication at ITF started working around 7:40 PM last night. Unfortunately because a cause for the resumption of authentication has not been determined.

NES plans to leave this alert open for 24 hours and then close it if the issue doesn't reoccur.

Working with HCIS, NES believes the issue is an interoperability issue.  NES has opened a Severity 2 case with the wireless vendor and provided documentation of the issue.  Waiting for a response from an engineer.
