A fix for the PowerUp issue has been implemented and is working as intended. Please contact your local IT support consultant if further issues arise.
PowerUp is experiencing a partial degradation of service due to parts of the campus intranet that are undergoing upgrades. During this time, for some users, PowerUp is unable to power on computers remotely. Users can contact support staff for help in remotely powering on their computers. Support staff can also temporarily disable the power-saving modes to prevent disruption while this issue is ongoing.
