As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce packet loss and latency within the datacenter network, we are replacing two old optics that currently increment FCS errors causing re-transmissions and packet loss. These interfaces are critical as they connect the legacy environment to the new fabric at ITF.

1. Replace optic in rtr-itf-2-research@Eth10/6
2. Replace optic in rtr-itf-1-production@7/4

While unlikely, there is the possibility for a brief blip in service for each of these changes.

We will also decommission an old Fex on lc-30, allowing us to free up space for more device migrations.
