Network Engineering Services will be upgrading the campus wired infrastructure. During this upgrade campus wired and wireless connectivity will be down.

The central FileMaker servers will be unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade to version 22. Users will be unable to connect to FileMaker applications during this upgrade.

Due to new minimum client requirements associated with this upgrade, ITS is requiring all end users to upgrade their client to version 21 or later before December 21st, 2025. End users who do not have at least version 21.0.1 will be unable to connect to FileMaker Server 22.

During this scheduled maintenance, all Pearson platforms will be unavailable. This includes MyLab, Mastering, and Revel. Status updates here.

The McGraw Hill SIMnet platform will be undergoing maintenance. During this time, SIMnet will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes and may be intermittently unavailable as application services are restarted and validated. Status updates here.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance from 11pm - 7am on the dates affected. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

ITS-Network Service is planning a Data Switch Upgrade in PBDB affecting all VoIP and Data.

Affected areas include 4300,4400,5300,5400,6300,6400

Top Hat has scheduled maintenance on the first Sunday of every month, from 4:00 AM CT to 7:00 AM CT.

During the maintenance window, Top Hat will be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.

ITS will apply security updates to the Oracle servers. Each instance on the server will be down for approximately 60 minutes per host.
