[Closed] Service Degradation - Zoom
Zoom is currently experiencing DNS issues which is impacting multiple of the services including meetings and webinars. Zoom is aware of the issues and is currently working on them.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - LC NetApp E-Series - Low Cost Block Storage
The LC Data Center team will be migrating the NetApp E-series port connections off the legacy switches. The E-series is fully redundant, and this work is expected to be non-disruptive to our customers.

The RedShelf eReader and website will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time. Status updates here.

The Jamf Pro management web page is currently experiencing availability issues. You may see various gateway errors when attempting to load the web page. The vendor is currently investigating.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft Skype for Business - Cherwell
Some users are experiencing difficulties accessing the Cherwell ticketing system. Support staff are investigating.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services
Managed Windows Servers will be undergoing monthly patching during their normally scheduled maintenance window.

[Closed] Planned Maintenance - UICapture
The Panopto Cloud will be taken offline for a short window to allow for maintenance to be done on the production database.
In this time, you will be unable to upload new recordings, view/edit previous recordings, or interact with the ICON integration with UICapture. Any meeting recordings that happen in this time will be imported after the tenant is back online. If you need to record in this time, we recommend opening the Panopto Recorder directly, record offline, then upload the recording after the service is fully functional.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

Top Hat has scheduled maintenance on the first Sunday of every month, from 4:00 AM CT to 7:00 AM CT.
During the maintenance window, Top Hat will be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.
