ITS will be migrating the Domain Name Service (DNS) for UI-GuestNet to a new server platform.
No disruption to the UI-GuestNet wireless service is expected.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft Skype for Business - Clarity Connect
Skype for Business response groups and Clarity Connect call queues are currently unable to route calls. IT support staff are investigating.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Multiple Services
There is an ongoing network congestion in ITF that is impacting multiple services (MAUI, Peoplesoft, etc). ITS Staff are troubleshooting the issue.
[Closed] Service Degradation - ICON Direct - McGraw Hill's Courseware
Users of McGraw Hill's courseware are experiencing issues with the Assignment and Assessment system. Users are unable to deploy new assignments and the deploy icon is not available for existing assignments. McGraw Hill is investigating the situation. Status updates can be found here.

SiteNow v2 and v3 hosting applications will undergo an update related to PHP. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.
[Closed] Service Announcement - Microsoft 365: Email & Calendaring - Improved email security for uiowa.edu domain (SPF)

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

RedShelf will be performing scheduled maintenance on their website, eReader, and management tools. During this maintenance window, users may experience brief interruptions when accessing the eReader. Please follow https://status.redshelf.com/ for real-time updates on the maintenance progress.

Multiple services are currently down when using https://office365.uiowa.edu. This outage seems to have nation-wide impact. Our staff are currently looking into the issue.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Data Center Operations & Services
The software infrastructure powering the remote KVM (CC-SG) & remote power control (PowerIQ) services will be upgraded. While CC-SG and PowerIQ will be unavailable during the outage, this work should be non-impacting for most data center tenants.
