Network Engineering Services will be upgrading the campus wired infrastructure. During this upgrade wired and wireless connectivity will be down.

Managed Windows Servers will be undergoing monthly patching during their normally scheduled maintenance window.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

Gradescope has a scheduled maintenance window on Saturday March 15, 2025 from 10am-11am CST.  During this time, all features of Gradescope will be inaccessible. More information can be found on the Gradescope status page.

ITS  will be upgrading the servers that provide wireless authentication.

During the first half hour access to UI-Guest and the UI-DeviceNet Registration Portal will be unavailable.

There should be no impact to eduroam or UI-DeviceNet wireless authentication during the rest of the maintenance.

The RedShelf eReader and website will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time. Status updates here.

ITS will apply security updates to the Oracle servers. Each instance on the server will be down for approximately 60 minutes per host.

Microsoft has announced that Skype (Consumer) will be retired in May 2025. This change will not impact any University of Iowa users, as we use Skype for Business, not Skype (Consumer). Skype for Business, the UI telephony service, will continue to operate as usual.

ITFNA1 and LCNA1 will be upgraded to OnTap 9.15.1P7. No interruptions are expected.

ITFNA1 hosts UDSS, CLAS, ADSS, HOME and VM loads.
