[Closed] Service Announcement - Microsoft 365: Email & Calendaring - SMTP Routing Changes (email.uiowa.edu)
Email SMTP routing via email.uiowa.edu will be modified to route through Microsoft 365/Exchange Online to leverage its DKIM signing capabilities for improved security and deliverability. No changes are required for customers using email.uiowa.edu authenticated SMTP.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services, Kinnick Stadium
Network Engineering Services will be upgrading the campus wired infrastructure. During this upgrade wired and wireless connectivity will be down.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Linux Software Mirrors
Linux software mirrors will be down for maintenance during this period.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Auto Attendants
Users may not be able to receive calls placed through Auto Attendants. Microsoft is aware of the issue and are currently working to resolve this.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Clickers
Top Hat has scheduled maintenance on the first Sunday of every month, from 4:00 AM CT to 7:00 AM CT.
During the maintenance window, Top Hat will be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.

SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

Routine maintenance on the ICON Direct Order Tool will be taking place during this window. Minor page errors or long loading times may occur but should not be persistent. Status updates here.

[Closed] Service Degradation - Multiple Services
Students using an iPad to take an ICON exam with LockDown Browser enabled are unable to access the quiz. Users report seeing a "LockDown Browser is required" error message even though they are inside the LockDown Browser. Additionally, navigating to the next question multiple times can cause the exam to produce the "LockDown Browser is required" error. ITS is currently investigating this issue.
At this time, do not use iPads for Lockdown Browser quizzes. ITC computers on campus do have Respondus Lockdown Browser installed. Checkout laptops at the Main Library also have the software installed.
[Closed] Service Degradation - High Performance Computing
Several Argon HPC nodes are experiencing a problem. Users may not be able to submit jobs. ITS Research Services is investigating. No estimated time to restoration is currently available.
