Beginning February 12 at noon, the Cisco AnyConnect VPN service will be updating the authentication method to no longer require the second password, instead opting for a more familiar use of the normal HawkID authentication process.

This support article on how to connect to Cisco AnyConnect VPN will be updated after this change is implemented.
