[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS)
IDAS will be unavailable due to maintenance.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Clickers
Top Hat has scheduled maintenance on the first Sunday of every month, from 4:00 AM CT to 7:00 AM CT.
During the maintenance window, Top Hat may be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - PeopleSoft Financials
ITS will be applying application updates to PeopleSoft Financials. During the maintenance window the application will be unavailable and processing will be suspended. The ePro applications (PREQs, e-Vouchers and Receiving) will also be unavailable.
[Closed] Service Degradation - SiteNow - Directory Profiles
AIS' Directory Profiles functionality implemented on SiteNow websites and other websites across campus are experiencing an disruption where the content is not rendered. The disruption is limited to pages with the functionality.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
Some users of the Large Scale Storage (LSS) service may experience slowness or have trouble mounting their share. ITS-Research Services is investigating.

[Closed] Planned Maintenance - ICON Direct - McGraw Hill's Connect - Assignments
During the maintenance window there may be minor interruptions in accessing Connect assignments. Status updates can be found here.
[Closed] Outage - Multiple Buildings
A power outage is affecting parts or all of the East Campus area. Affected buildings appear to be SLP, PBSB, VA, STH, LC, SC. Utilities crews are responding to restore power as soon as possible.
Most IT Infrastructure and IT Services are functioning normally. Please contact the Help Desk if there are any issues.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - JAMF Pro Apple Device Management
The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.12.1. There should be no interruption of services to our clients.
[Closed] Service Degradation - MyUI
Some users receive a 404 error when trying to load MyUI (https://myui.uiowa.edu).
Users who see this error message are recommended to try a different browser or device.
