[Closed] Planned Maintenance - ICON Direct - RedShelf
RedShelf will be performing scheduled maintenance on their website, eReader, and management tools. During this maintenance window, users may experience brief interruptions when accessing the eReader. Please follow https://status.redshelf.com/ for real-time updates on the maintenance progress.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Microsoft 365
Multiple services are currently down when using https://office365.uiowa.edu. This outage seems to have nation-wide impact. Our staff are currently looking into the issue.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Data Center Operations & Services
The software infrastructure powering the remote KVM (CC-SG) & remote power control (PowerIQ) services will be upgraded. While CC-SG and PowerIQ will be unavailable during the outage, this work should be non-impacting for most data center tenants.

[Closed] Planned Maintenance - FileMaker Hosting and Administration
The central FileMaker servers will be unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade to version 21. Users will be unable to connect to FileMaker applications during this upgrade.

[Closed] Outage - ICON
ICON and UILearn are currently down. When trying to access these services users are reporting "HTTP ERROR 500" error messages. ITS staff are investigating this issue.
[Closed] Outage - ICON - Self-Service - Workflow
ICON, Employee Self-Service, and Workflow are experiencing issues with login. ITS staff are investigating.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - sftp.iowa.uiowa.edu Service
There is a planned update for the certificate which will require a restart of the sftp.iowa.uiowa.edu service. The maintenance should only take a few seconds.
[Closed] Service Degradation - UICapture
UICapture is currently experiencing an unexpected Service Degradation. We are working quickly to restore service as soon as possible.
If you need to record in this time, we recommend opening the Panopto Recorder directly, record offline, then upload the recording after the service is fully functional.

[Closed] Planned Maintenance - High Performance Computing
Argon will be unavailable due to planned maintenance. All active user sessions and running jobs will be stopped at the maintenance start time.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Multiple Services
Managed Windows Servers will be undergoing monthly patching during their normally scheduled maintenance window.
