We want to let you know that the Top Hat platform will undergo a service disruption beginning tonight at 7:00 PM CDT and lasting until approximately 7:00 AM CDT tomorrow. During this time, you may experience slower performance, and in some cases, temporary inaccessibility to courses.
Please rest assured that no data—including course content, student submissions, or grades—will be lost or compromised.

[Closed] Service Degradation - Clickers
Top Hat is currently investigating an issue with the Gradebook where grades are failing to update. The problem began around 8:30 AM CT this morning. The Top Hat engineering team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full functionality. Click here to view the full incident details.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - ICON
This maintenance involves security updates for file operations that could cause temporary disruptions while downloading files. New Quizzes may also be affected. Maintenance is expected to last up to 180 minutes.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - SiteNow
SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance from 11pm - 7am on the dates affected. Some applications may experience a temporary interruption of service.

[Closed] Service Degradation - Large Scale Storage (LSS)
ITS Research Services is looking into authentication issues on LSS storage node itf-rs-store31. Users may be seeing slowness or receiving an ‘access denied’ error/hanging when attempting to connect.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Virtual Private Network (VPN)
We are aware of networking issues when connected to the AnyConnect VPN. Support staff is engaged and working on a resolution.
Service Degradation - University Classrooms
Some University Classrooms are presenting users with a blank black screen or black screen with a single cursor during use or when arriving at a classroom.
ITS Learning Spaces staff are working on these issues with equipment vendors. Users experiencing these issues are advised to switch inputs off “PC” to another input and then back to “PC” to resolve this issue and if necessary to restart the classroom computer to resolve these issues. For continued issues and any other classroom technology concerns, please contact the ITS Help Desk for further troubleshooting assistance.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - ICON Direct - Pearson Products
Pearson+, MyLab, Mastering and Revel users may experience brief interruptions—such as being signed out, access issues, or delays loading content or assessments during this maintenance window.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Virtual Private Network (VPN)
The Cisco AnyConnect VPN will be undergoing emergency maintenance and those using it may see a temporary disconnection of the VPN.
