SiteNow's hosting provider will be performing maintenance. Some applications may experience a temporary degradation of service.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Portfolium ePortfolio Access in ICON
The Portfolium access through ICON and through https://uiowa.portfolium.com/ is slow to load or in some cases provides an error that says "Portfolium.com refused to connect." Support staff are aware and investigating the issue.
[Closed] Service Degradation - SiteNow
Users are currently experiencing issues when trying to add media to existing card blocks on SiteNow pages in a "draft" state.
SiteNow staff are currently working to restore this function as soon as possible. As a temporary workaround, if you need to update the media in a card block, you can create a new block, add the media, then delete the existing block.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Canvas Credentials
Canvas Credentials, formerly known as Badgr, will be undergoing maintenance. The following features will be temporarily unavailable: registration, login, social account linking, access/request tokens, and user merges and deletions.
[Closed] Service Degradation - Plagiarism Detection
Turnitin and iThenticate are currently experiencing an unexpected service degradation.
During this time, you may experience intermittent slowness when accessing the service. Errors include logging in and submitting/accessing reports through ICON. The issue is being investigated.
[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Splunk On-Call
During the maintenance period, Splunk web and mobile access may be unavailable. No Alerts will be dropped, but processing may be delayed 20 minutes. Please see the notice for more details.

Please do not use Jamf during this maintenance window.

[Closed] Planned Maintenance - Campus Data Network Connectivity, Multiple Buildings
ITS will be migrating some of the wired networks located in the listed buildings to the campus fabric. Wireless services will not be impacted.
There will be a brief interruption of network connectivity during the window.

During the maintenance window, Top Hat will be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.

The Jamf service will be upgraded to version 11.10.1. There should be no interruption of services to our clients.
