[Closed] Service Degradation - Read & Write Application
The Read & Write installation package for both Windows and Mac is prompting for admin approval after installing it on personal machines when the installer is downloaded from the software download site. Microsoft login issues are also appearing when creating Vocab Lists for those who do have the tool installed, or in the Chrome Browser Extension version. Support staff are working to resolve the issue.
