During the maintenance window, Top Hat will be unavailable and visitors to app.tophat.com will see a maintenance page.

Email is not routing in the eFax service, RightFax. Inbound and outbound faxes are still hitting the RightFax portal. IT support staff are investigating.

New uploads to UICapture may fail to process, requiring manual reprocessing to complete. The cloud operations team at Panopto is investigating and ITS staff will complete any manual interventions that need to take place once the event is resolved.
